AIRFARE AGREEMENT :
When you dance in Guam at Club 4PLAY: 100% of your airfare will be paid round-trip by the owner for completing a 3- month contract. One way is paid for you to get here, and the return is paid when you are finshed. If you leave early you must pay your own return fare home.
HOUSING AGREEMENT :
Club 4PLAY offers all American exotic dancers from mainland USA a FREE, shared, apartment. No men or pets are allowed in the apartment. No drugs or smoking please. We ask you to be respectful of the complex and suite. Keep apt clean, safe; mind your roommates and neighbours. No husbands, children or pets can stay in dancer housing - sorry (it's not appropriate living arrangements for other dancers.) (Note: Dancer pays $11 per day for utility costs.)
CONTRACT AGREEMENT :
Club 4PLAY will email you the club housing & work expectations once you are accepted- after you submit your application. One full body photo of you in swimwear plus one smiling face photo will be required in your submission. You can also email your submission to:
